Rule 15
Appointment of vote count
If the shareholders demand a secret vote, 2 vote count persons should be appointed to count the votes and submit the report to the chairman. At any time before the results of the voting are announced, the chairman may remove the person counting the votes from that position and fill the vacant position. But one person to count the votes will be one of the shareholders (not the director) among the shareholders present in the general meeting.
